Terms and Conditions

Arafa Inn Hotel's Terms and Conditions, refunds and cancellation policies.

Hotel booking and Cancellation policy

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into our hotel.
  • We have a 24hrs Check-in and 24hrs Check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and might incur additional charges.
  • Tariffs mentioned do not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren’t part of meal plan, any hotel services you use like laundry, room service etc. Additional charges for these will be billed for during checking out along with damage charges if  any.
  • According to Govt. regulations, it is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters ID and passport. Without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not  be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc… All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  • All mentioned distances and time to the Airport, Bus/Railway Stations etc. are approximate and the actual driving distances may vary based on the route taken and traffic conditions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the booking for reasons other than those mentioned above for an unforeseen situation that may arise at the time of confirming the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • We accept online and offline cancellations
  • Cancellations done 24hrs in advance of check-in time will incur one night’s room charge per room cancelled.
  • If you don’t show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
  • We also accept cancellation requests through phone.
  • Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained.

Modifications & Refunds

  • Please call Arafa Inn directly for reservation changes or cancellations.
  • We take at least 14 working days to process refunds.
  • Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
  • For hotel booking secured by making a part payment, the remaining payment must be made by the stipulated date else the booking will be cancelled depending on demand and the initial payment amount will be forfeited.
